Skyseed
Drones make trees rain – Berlin start-up Skyseed uses drones to reforest forests.
It’s a race against time that Skyseed wants to tackle with a large fleet of drones: “We can only make a relevant contribution if the whole thing is realised on such a large scale that we can also keep pace with climate change,” says Ole Seidenberg, co-founder of Skyseed. Skyseed therefore wants to be able to reforest up to 100,000 hectares per year in ten years’ time.
